Can I modify or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request changes/cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. Any requests after this time frame will be declined. However, your order can be returned for a full refund once you receive it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that orders may take longer to process during holidays and seasonal sales. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase and will be shipped the following day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 3-5 days to arrive.

What should I do if the items I received are defective/wrong/damaged?
Please contact us if you received incorrect, missing, and/or defective goods. Make sure to include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant references when receiving the package. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank with questions regarding when the credit will be posted to your account. If you still haven’t received credit for your return, here’s what to do: Contact your bank/credit card. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
